WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER IF IT WILL BENEFIT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT:
By ordering and agreeing to the terms and conditions you understand that we reserve the right to change your order in any way we see fit if it will benefit your product, without notification. Examples include changing the way your degree is worded, fixing mispelled words, changing the color and size of paper chozen, downgrading seals if necessary resulting in a possible credit if you paid extra (we will never upgrade you without your consent), etc... This policy will only better your product. Complaints on changed orders will be addressed and changed for a reprint fee. This also applies to orders with details that we cannot do as stated on our do not do list.

SAME DAY PRODUCTION EXCEPTIONS:

Note - We try our very best to handle exeptions quickly and efficiently as to not delay your order. Rest assured that your order will still ship very FAST once the issue is resolved. You will be contacted immediately if there is an exception to your order

• If we do not have the materials required to create your authentic fake diploma or transcript, in such a case you will be notified that it will be delayed. This would be due to the fact that we have more authentic accessories (such as raised and embossed foil seals) than anyone else in the business and the BEST quality sometimes takes longer.
• If you require custom work thats outside the relm of our standard procedure or if your degree and major is not currently on file
• If you order a proof and do not reply with approval in a timely manner
• If you give us an order with wrong information or is incomplete and we need to wait to hear back from you in order to correct it

PROVIDING US ACCURATE INFORMATION:
Please provide us with accurate information on your order form including a valid shipping address, e-mail address and telephone number. If your order is incomplete and questions arise and we will ALWAYS try to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, we will mail your order out “as is.” Any changes you want after you received your product will incur a reprint fee.

When you place your order with us please add info@documentprintingservices.com and service@documentprintingservices.com to your address book. Otherwise, our proofs or emails may be sent to your Junk Mail box.

If you do not want to add us to your address book please monitor your Junk Mail box while your order is in process.

CANCELLATIONS - Before Product is Shipped

Unpaid Orders
You can cancel an unpaid order at any time.

Paid Orders - Order HAS NOT been shipped:
If you cancel an order after having placed it and paid for it and we have begun manufacture your product, you will incur a design and processing fee 15% of your order total.

Paid Orders - Order HAS been shipped:
If you have placed an order, paid for it, and the order has been shipped, we cannot provide a refund.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
We have strict policies to protect each of us from fraudulent credit card and PayPal account use. If your order is paid via credit card or PayPal, we will ONLY ship to the name and billing address registered on the account. You will be asked to sign for your package by the shipper. If your order’s Shipping, Billing, and Payment information is NOT the same on your order form, we will cancel your order and payment. If you would like your order shipped to an address different from your credit card or PayPal registered address, please make payment via Money Order or Western Union (NO PERSONAL CHECKS). Credit cards from Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand will not be accepted due to an extremely high fraud volume from those areas. Western union is the only method of payment for these areas.

SHIPPING:
Please ensure that you will be available to sign for your package during your requested delivery time frame. If someone else signs for your document and you do not receive it, we cannot be liable. Disputes in these cases will be decided in our favor as we have done our part in processing and shipping your order as requested.

SAME DAY ORDERS:
Same day orders WITH proof - Must be placed BEFORE 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday, in order for it to go out that day and to be received by you the following day.

Same day orders with NO proof- Must be ordered BEFORE 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday, to give us time to get you a proof and mail your order that day. If you order AFTER 12:00 EST we cannot guarantee that it will go out in the same day.

PHONY TRANSCRIPTS:
PhonyTranscripts are only available in our standard layout with our selected classes from our degree database. We will not replicate other transcript layouts, print on the back of the transcript paper, use a seal or emblem under copyright or place signatures on the document.

There are many ways to further customize your PhonyTranscripts including adding additional personal information, adding additional classes, using your own custom class list, adding transfer credits and more. Please contact us with your interests.

REPRINTS: If We make a mistake, we will promptly reprint and reship at no cost to you. Reprint fees may apply in these instances:

• If you make a mistake or misspelling on your order,
• If you have approved a proof but later want additional changes or approved a proof and the documents still had errors.
