I ordered
the free shipping, how soon will my package
ship?
By ordering the
free shipping you are being mailed by UPS ground service which takes 3-4
business days. Your order will be mailed the same day it was placed if placed
before 2:00pm eastern time. After 2:00om it will mail the follwing business day.
If you need it faster, you may upgrade your shipping to
next day air or 2 day air. This will ensure it takes higher priority in our
production queue. To upgrade shipping email us at

I never received my
tracking number.
We'll
send your tracking information on the day we create your UPS shipping label.
You'll receive an email at that time. Your junkmail folder may have caught this
email. Please look in your junk mail folder before contacting us for duplicate
tracking information.

emailed you but haven't heard back.

Can I cancel my order?

unpaid order at any time.

Orders
Please realize that we begin designing your product
within hours of when you place your order. If we've already begun design, we ask
for a 15% cancellation fee. If we've already designed, produced and shipped your
product we cannot offer a refund.
How soon will I
receive my proof?
We try to send proofs the day before the order would normally be
shipped to give you time to look over and approve. If you order same-day service
we will get you a proof that day. Please know that if you delay approving the
proof, it may delay shipping. We cannot offer refunds for late shipping if you
don't approve your proof on time.
