How soon before I receive my proof?

We usually email proofs the day before the order would normally be shipped.  This gives you time to look over and approve. Make sure to email your designer back promptly to the email your proof was sent from.

If you order same-day service we will get you a proof that day.  Please know that if you delay approving the proof, it may delay shipping.


After I approve my proof, how soon will it ship?

Usually the same day!  If you requested a second proof, it may take a little longer -- we'll again wait for your approval before printing.


I ordered the free shipping, how long will it take to arrive?

Free shipping is sent via UPS Ground.  Expect 1-2 days in the design and print department and and 3-5 days for shipping before it arrives.  Remember, a signature will be required by UPS.


I never received my tracking number!

We'll email you your tracking information on the day we create your UPS shipping label.  Remember to check your junk mail folder for our email BEFORE contacting us for duplicate tracking information.


I emailed you but haven't heard back!

Check your junk mail folder!

Can I cancel my order?

Unpaid Orders.  You can cancel an unpaid order at any time.  Unpaid ordered more than 30 days old are automatically cancelled.

Paid Orders.   Please realize that we begin designing your product within hours of when you place your order.  If we've already designed, produced and shipped your product we cannot offer a refund.

Paid with NO "Proof" Ordered.   If we've already begun design, but it hasn't been shipped and you didn't order a "proof", we charge a 25% cancellation fee. 

Paid and after you've received an email "PROOF" but before your product has shipped.  Hey, we've already done almost ALL the work you requested it certainly doesn't seem fair to allow you to cancel at all.  But, we treat our customers MORE than fairly, so if you have been emailed the proof, but your product hasn't yet printed or been shipped, we charge a 50% cancellation fee.   We think that's more than fair.
