To check the status of your order, email us
Status Explaination:
- In Process / Paid / Unshipped - your product is being designed
and printed. This typically takes 1-3 days. Special orders may take
3-4 working days. Please be patient and allow us time to complete your
project or email you the design proof or custom course template.
- Proof Emailed / Paid / Unshipped - your proof have been emailed to you
and we are awaiting your reply email with approval before we ship. Please reply promptly to our emails. We will email you back when we have received your approval or changes.
- Arrangement Payment / Credit Card Declined - Either your credit card payment was declined by your card company or you selected to make payment over the phone. If your card was declined, please contact your credit card company and inquire why. Call us at 888-325-3347 for more details.
- Completed / Paid / Shipped - we've shipped your product and emailed you the UPS tracking number. To find out the date of delivery, contact UPS via their website or telephone.
- Canceled / Unpaid / Unshipped - We've tried unsuccessfully for 30 days to reach you by phone or email so that you can make payment. After 30 days, we've marked your order canceled.
