A practical starting point for selecting the right document type, terminology and details for your request.
Start with the local document convention
Every request begins with the document term used in the country and education setting involved. The best starting point is the option closest to matric certificate, academic record or qualification.
Details that make a request clearer
Include the institution, year, language, programme or qualification, and the layout details you need reviewed. This makes it easier to discuss the right format privately.
Compare samples before you choose
The samples on this page show typical layouts for matric certificate, academic record or qualification orders in South Africa. They are reference designs made by our own team and shown with watermarks, so you can judge spacing, fonts, seal placement and paper colour before you choose a product.
What happens after you order
Every order starts with a human designer, not an automatic generator. We have made replica documents since 2001, and a designer prepares a digital proof for you to check, usually within 1โ2 business days. Production only begins after you approve the proof, so names, dates and layout are confirmed first.
Paper, seals and finishing
You can choose the paper stock and, where a design supports it, finishing such as gold foil, raised or embossed seals and holograms. If you are unsure which layout suits your school, TVET college and university document, ask for a free watermarked digital sample before you order.
Shipping, rush options and support
Finished documents ship in plain, unmarked packaging with tracking, and express options are shown at checkout. Rush production of 3โ5 days is available when a deadline is close. Browse the South Africa catalogue to compare diplomas, transcripts, certificates and document sets; each product page lists its price and options. Questions about a South Africa order go to our private support team by text or email during business hours. Include your order number, or the school, TVET college and university details you have in mind, and we will point you to the closest design.
Novelty and replacement use only
All of our documents are novelty and replacement-style pieces for display, keepsake, gift and prop use. They are not issued by any school in South Africa, they carry no accreditation, and they should never be presented as an official record.
