Whats the difference between a proof and a scanned email version?
Proof - You will get to see your product as a digital file
before it mails. You can check the content and make sure its correct. The accessories
will be added when your product is printed and will not be included on the proof.
You must check your email within the timeframe indicated on your order to see
your proof and you must email us back with approval. If you don't see your proof
please call or email us as it probably went to your junk mail. We hold orders
for 2 days and if we don't hear back we mail the order.
Scanned Email version - We will create your document and print
it with all accessories but before we box it up we will scan it and email it
to you so you can have that on file.
Scans are not proofs so if there are changes to be made a reprint fee can
occur since we have already printed your product. Changes can only be made to
proofs since this is before the product prints.
