College within your School: Close Window

Many people are unsure of what this means or whats supposed to go in this box. What goes here is the College within your school that awarded you your degree. For Example, you attended Park University as a student so your diploma would say Park University because thats the school you went to. However Park University also has colleges within the University that specialize in each specific degree. So if you had a degree in Business you would get your diploma from Park University, the Hamilton College of Business. Or if you had a degree in Biology your diploma woul say Park University, College of Arts and Sciences. This is usually where the Dean in the signature line comes from. There is a president of the University, College, or Institute and a Dean of every college within the University, College, or Institute.

Help filling this field: It is not manatory that this field be filled out

A school or College isn't always included on every diploma so do not expect it to be on yours but many diplomas we offer do have this added so we have decided to include this on all order forms. If you do not know what college or school your degree is from we will simply print a default school such as College of Arts and Science or School of Business and it will not be the same name the school uses for your degree college.

Universities - they use Colleges within their system such as the College of Business or College of Arts and Sciences

Colleges - They use schools within their system such as the School of Graduate studies or School of Music

Institutes - From what we have gathered most institutes do not use this form of system of colleges or schools within their program so you can leave this blank if you know yours doesn't have this option.
