We accept credit card payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal during the online ordering process. All credit card orders from Singapore and Malaysia will cancelled immediately due to a rise in fradulent card use. We will only accept money orders or western Union.

ORDER TRACKING
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Be sure to provide us with a valid email address. You will also receive a ship notification via email on the day your order is give to the shipping carrier.
SALES TAX
Document Printing Services is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Virginia, 4.5%.
BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK
If you order a frame or folder that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know about it. We will advise you of the possible in-stock date and request a confirmation for a back-order, exchange or cancel instructions.
RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. Please do necessary research before placing your order. No refunds will be issued unless you have over paid or we couldn't provide you with part of your order. If we have made a spelling or information mistake we will quickly replace the document and send by the shipping preference ordered on the original order. - > Top
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel an unpaid order at any time.
PAID
If you would like to cancel the order after having placed it and paid for it there will be a fee of $50.
If you have placed the order and paid for it and the order has been shipped there will be no refunds unless we have made a mistake on the documents. If we have made an error we will work with you to get the corrections made and get a new document to you. By Ordering from the site you are agreeing to this and all policies associated with the site.
Documents that are simply not "real enough" will not be credited to your account because these are for entertainment only and cannot legally look 100% authentic. We will gladly work with you to get you a new document if you are unsatisfied.
