While many names have come and gone in the comedy genre of music, one name
stands out above them all. Weird Al came on the scene in the 1980s and is still
producing parodies in music and video. He has directed video productions,
television episodes, and starred in his self-created movie, UHF. The list of his
accomplishments, including his cameos and work produced for other artists, is
quite extensive.
Starting out in radio and breaking out with the introduction of music videos,
Weird Al has carved a niche for his special talents that many have tried before
and failed. Surprisingly, this artist has a college diploma in
architecture.
