How Can I Place an

Find the order form for your product. Email or CHAT if you have problems finding the right one.
1. Complete the order form from the link provided
2. Click GREEN BUTTON "Add to Cart"
3. Enter Contact Info, Ship To, select shipping and payment
4. Click BOX lower left - "Agree to This Site Terms"
5. Click GREEN BUTTON lower left - "Place Order"
You'll see a pop-up screen with your order number and we'll immediately email you a receipt.

How real do
they look?
Our fake high school diplomas are of our own design but based on real high schools in each state and by each decade.
Our fake college or university diplomas are available as "Actual Match" of the real school design (we keep a database of thousands) or as "Regional Designs" which are of our own creation (but based on real school designs in each state or country.)

This Legal?
We're not lawyers and don't offer any kind of legal advise. Please do not use our products to misrepresent yourself. They are for novelty
use, only. We don’t use copy written emblems or forge
signatures.
Do You Offer
Verification?
We can't possibly "verify" the authenticity of our fake diplomas and fake transcripts.
If you do some internet research, you'll learn that if any needs "verification" they would have to do request it from the school in writing and with your signed approval. No school will release the personal information they have on file by phone, fax or email. Beware of anyone offering otherwise.

rec'd my UPS tracking #.
We'll email you a UPS tracking number on the day that we ship your product. Make sure to check your junk mail or spam folder.
I've
emailed you about a fake diploma but haven't heard back, why?
Check your junk mail
folder! We answer all our emails as promptly as possible.

Shipping
How is the diploma
shipped?
The diploma is
placed in a sheet protector, then in a flat cardboard box and then in a UPS UPS Hard Pack box. We're confident this system will prevent any damage during shipping.
Will my credit card statement or return address label
it is shipped in say "Phony Diploma"?
No. Nothing on your credit card statement or UPS label will say anything about the nature of the product.
How soon can I
receive my order?
That depends on which shipping option you select. shipping
options.
Please remember you will not choose your shipping until you have
proceeded from your shopping cart to the actual order screen where you fill in
your address information.
Does someone
need to be there to sign for the package?
Yes, it is very important to
know when you order that our packages will require an adult signature upon
delivery. This will insure the packages can be properly tracked and is delivered
to the correct address.

How do I pay?
We accept all major debit, credit and gift credit cards during checkout.
Can I cancel
my order?
You can cancel an unpaid order at any time.
Canceling a Paid Orders
If you would like
to cancel the order after having placed it and paid for it there will be a
cancellation fee of 15% of your order total. If you have placed the order and
paid for it and the order has been shipped, we cannot offer you a
refund.

Proofs
I ordered a proof,
when will I receive it to look over??
That depends on
the shipping you choose. We try to send proofs the day before the order would
normally be shipped to give you time to look over them and approve. If you order
same-day service we will do the best we can to get you your proof as early as
possible so we can get it out for next-day shipping, but as stated on the
website, proofing can delay shipment. We cannot be held responsible if same-day
shipments arrive late due to the proofing process, and we cannot offer refunds
based on this.

Will the diploma have "Phony
Diploma" written anywhere on it like the sample you sent me and the images I see
on your website?
No, it will not say replica or Phony Diploma or copy on
the actual document.
Can you send
me your list of replica schools?
No. However, if you'll email us, we'll be able to tell you whether we have an "Actual Match" design for that school.
I have a scan
of the diploma I need replicated. Can you do that?
If you have a copy of the diploma
that you want to replicate, please email us a scan. We'll email back with a list of the elements we can and cannot reproduce. payments@documentprintingservices.com
What paper
should I use?
We offer a variety of paper colors and sizes. Many of our designs allow you to customize this option. Feel free to view our paper
suggestions.
What date do I
choose?
If you don't know the exact day, we suggest you use only the month and year. We rely on you to tell us the date you want. Most US school graduations are in June and December.
Will my Phony
Diploma include the actual school emblem or signatures?
No. All schools own
a copyright on their seals or emblems -- we don't infringe on their ownership of their logo, symbol or emblem. Our emblems are of our own design. We don't want either of us to get into
trouble -- our solution is to use some combination of our gold embossed emblems,
the actual State Seal or our Customizable Emblem --which we customize with the
actual school name.
Regarding
signatures... we're not forgers here guys! You can choose from our in-house
signatures (real names and signatures but not associated with any school) or
choose to leave the signature lines blank.
What design do
I choose?
Our In-House Phony Diploma designs have been created based on a
composite of real diplomas that match geographical regions. While they may not
match exactly, they are very realistic looking. Please take a look at all our
designs before you choose.
If you would like your diploma to look as close as
possible to a particular school's real diploma, choose a Phony Diploma from our
list of "Actual Match" designs. These are patterned after real diplomas and are as close to the same design as we believe is legal and
ethical.
What are they
printed on?
Phony Diplomas and Phony Transcripts are printed on the same
high quality paper and printed on the same equipment used to print real diplomas
and real transcripts.

Transcripts
I have my own classes
I want to use for transcripts. Can you do that?
Yes. Many of our products include a "Custom Courses" upgrade. We'll email you a template which includes our standard coursework. You can customize this word processing file changing courses, titles, grades, etc. Then, email us the finished file for printing on our special transcript paper.
What date do I
choose?
We rely on you to choose the correct date on your document. If
you do not remember the correct date please call the school or do some research
to find the correct date.
We recommend graduation months as May for
Colleges and Universities and June for High Schools. The year of graduation and
exact date will be up to you. Many schools only include the Month and
year.
What are they
printed on?
Phony Diplomas and Phony Transcripts are printed on the same
high quality paper and printed on the same equipment used to print real diplomas
and real transcripts.
What is the
difference between graduation date and issue date?
The graduation date is
the date you graduated from the school. The issue date would be the date the
documents were printed. On our transcripts we have both a graduation and issued
date. If your graduation date is recent (the last few years) you can make the
issue date the same as the graduation date. The issue date is mostly for people
ordering document replicas that are 10 or more years old. It's a way of
explaining why the transcripts are new even though you graduated years before-
As if you had ordered a new copy of your transcripts.
In that case you
can have a graduation date of 06/04/1988, and you have the option of putting an
issue date of 01/09/2009, thus explaining why your documents look
new.

If you don't see
your country listed this means we have another procedure or information to give
you before you can complete your order. Please email
service@documentprintingservices.com so customer service can give you
instructions on how to complete your order.
